Where are your products manufactured?
Every Aurum Seventy-nine item of clothing is 100% Made in Italy and is made with high-quality raw materials, which stand out for their style and comfort.
What are the payment methods?
The payment methods available at our online store are: Credit card - PayPal - Bank transfer - Cash on delivery.

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that can be used to check its status.
How can I contact customer service?

What are the support hours?
Customer support hours are: Monday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 20:00 PM.
How can I take care of the products?
Please follow the care and cleaning instructions, shown on the internal label of the product, to preserve its quality.
How can I use a discount code?
Once you have obtained the discount code, you can enter it at checkout in the discounts section.
The discount voucher will be valid for 1 year once received.
Can I pay on delivery?
Aurum Seventy-nine, for its products, allows its customers various types of payment methods, including payment on delivery.
When will I receive the refund?
Please note that the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal/return notice, but may be withheld until the return is received or proof of shipment. Also, due to possible bank delays, the refund may be visible on the customer's account within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the return.
Of course we will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible.
How long do I have to make a return?
You can return products that you are not satisfied with within a period of 14 days (the term starts after 14 days from the day you receive the order).
Do you also ship abroad?
Aurum Seventy-nine for its items, ships worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
For orders over €300 shipping is free.
Italy: €5 Europe: €15 International: €25.
Cash on delivery is only valid in Italy: shipping cost + €3 cash on delivery.
What are the shipping times?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from receiving the order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination.
Italy: 2 to 6 business days.
Europe: 4 to 9 business days.
International: 6 to 12 business days.
In case of delays in delivery, the Seller is entitled to an additional period of 18 days to complete the shipment.
What is the packaging made of?
The packaging includes a black box embellished with the golden “AURUM SEVENTY-NINE 79” logo, an information sheet on the history of the brand and the product wrapped and sealed with extreme care to preserve its integrity.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
In case you want to unsubscribe, click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter email.
Which size should I choose?
You will find a link to a size conversion table on each product page, to help you convert international sizes. In case the size you ordered does not fit, you can easily return it within 14 days.

Will I be refunded for the full value of my order?
Please be aware that shipping charges paid for the delivery of your order will not be refunded.
