DELIVERY AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination.
Italy: 2 to 6 business days.
Europe: 4 to 9 business days.
International: 6 to 12 business days.
In case of delays in delivery, the Seller is entitled to an additional period of 18 days to complete the shipment.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination.
For orders over €300 shipping is free.
Italy: €5.
Europe: €15.
International: €25.
Cash on delivery is only valid in Italy: shipping cost + €3 cash on delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made online, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The customer must return the product within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
1 Go to the Customer Service section.
2 Click on Contact Us.
3 Enter your details.
4 Select the type of request "Withdrawal Request", specifying the order number and the details of the product you wish to return.
We will examine your request as soon as possible and you will be contacted.
RETURNS
You can return products that do not satisfy you within a period of 14 days (the term starts after 14 days from the day you receive the order).
RETURN CONDITIONS
To make a return, the returned items must meet certain requirements.
1 We accept returns only in the event of non-compliance of the item with the photos or description provided by us.
2 Aurum Seventy-nine is not required to accept returns of used, worn, washed or damaged goods.
3 All goods must be returned in the same form in which they were received:
in perfect condition, complete with all parts, product, tags, sheets, envelope and packaging box.
4 Please note that we will not accept items with labels and/or security tags removed, altered or damaged in any way.
5 Returns not accepted will be sent back to the delivery address indicated in the original order.
6 The only costs due by the consumer for exercising the right of return are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender.
7 Please be aware that the shipping costs paid for the delivery of your order will not be refunded.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To carry out a return procedure:
1 Go to the Customer Service section.
2 Click on Contact Us.
3 Enter your details.
4 Select the type of request "Return Request" specifying the order number and the details of the product you wish to return, listing the various reasons.
We will examine your request as soon as possible and you will be contacted.
RETURN SHIPPING
If Aurum Seventy-nine accepts the return request, follow these steps:
1 Carefully package the product to be returned, with all its parts in perfect condition.
2 Send the package to our indicated address, via a traceable courier.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
REFUND TIMES
Please note that the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal/return notice, but may be withheld until the return is received or proof of shipment. Also, due to possible bank delays, the refund may be visible on the customer's account within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the return. Of course we will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible, within 30 days, in fact:
- refunds to credit cards / PayPal accounts usually take up to 5 days from the moment we receive the return at our warehouse.
- refunds to bank accounts usually take up to 10 days from the moment we receive the return at our warehouse.
ITEMS ON SALE
Please note that by participating in this promotion, you waive the right to a refund. Therefore, if you intend to return the items ordered, a voucher will be issued for the value of the price specifically paid for the returned items. This voucher will be valid for a period of one year and can be used to purchase items on the same website as the original purchase.
The value of the voucher does not include shipping costs.
TRANSPORT AND TRANSFER OF RISKS
1 All items must leave the Seller's warehouse.
2 The Buyer shall bear the shipping costs, including all incidental costs (such as customs duties and packaging).
3 Upon transfer of the items to the Buyer, the forwarder, the courier or any other individual or entity responsible for carrying out the shipment, in any case not before departure from the warehouse, the risks are transferred to the Buyer.
4 The Seller is only liable for defects in the packaging of the product, its shipment or the choice of means or route of transportation.
5 If the shipment of the goods is delayed for a reason that is not the Seller's responsibility, the risk is transferred to the Buyer already at the time when notification is given that the shipment is ready to leave. In this case, the Seller has the right to put the item back in delivery at the Buyer's expense and risk and at the Seller's discretion and to request immediate payment of the invoice amount.
6 If the Buyer does not accept the items shipped or does not accept them in time, the Buyer will have to bear all the resulting and additional transportation costs and will bear the storage costs.
