DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Return form:
You can return products that do not satisfy you within a period of 14 days (the deadline begins 14 days from the day you receive the order).
All returns are free:
Aurum Seventy-nine is not required to accept returns of used, worn, washed or damaged merchandise. All goods must be returned in the same form in which they were received: in perfect condition, complete with all parts, tags, envelope and packaging box.
Please note that we will not accept items with labels and/or security tags removed, altered or damaged in any way.
Unaccepted returns will be returned to the delivery address indicated in the original order.
Please be aware that shipping costs paid for delivery of your order will not be refunded.
Promotional items:
Please note that by participating in this promotion you are waiving your right to a refund. Therefore, if you intend to return the items you ordered, you will be issued a voucher worth the price specifically paid for the returned items. This voucher will be valid for a period of one year and can be used towards the purchase of items on the same website as the original purchase.
Delivery of damaged/incorrect goods:
Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive incorrect/damaged merchandise. Once returned to our warehouse, the goods will be refunded.
To return these products please follow the usual returns procedure.
You can choose the reason for the return in the returns form via our website.
Refund times:
Please note that we have up to 30 days to complete your refund payment, starting from the day we receive your return at our warehouse.
Of course we will do our best to refund your money as soon as possible, within 30 days, in fact:
- Refunds to credit card/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the time we receive the return to our warehouse.
- Refunds to bank accounts usually take up to 10 days from the time we receive the return to our warehouse.
